Brochure, Catalogue &
Print Design
At KreaSpecs, we provide brochure design, catalog design and branded print materials for local and international businesses. Based in Thailand, our team works with clients to organize content, develop publication layouts and prepare designs for print production.
From company profiles and product catalogs to marketing materials, we create publications for both print and digital use, considering how the information will be presented and how readers will interact with it.
There is a lot to communicate. Not everything needs the same attention.
Brochures and printed materials often need to bring together detailed information, brand messaging, imagery and practical content within a limited format.
A product catalog may contain hundreds of items, while a company profile needs to introduce a business without overwhelming the reader. Both require careful decisions about what information should stand out and how the content should be organized.
The challenge is deciding what readers need to see first and creating a layout that makes the information easy to follow without losing its visual appeal.
Give information structure. Give the brand presence.
We start by organizing the content and identifying what readers need to understand.
From there, we develop the layout, typography and visual direction around the publication’s purpose. We also consider practical requirements such as format, paper and printing methods early in the process.
This helps us create materials that are easy to navigate, follow the brand’s visual identity and are ready for production.

& Print Design
Make information easy to explore.
We design corporate brochures, product catalogs, company profiles, reports and other publications for print and digital use.
A product catalog needs a clear structure that makes products easy to compare, while a company profile may place more emphasis on storytelling and visual presentation.
We develop the layout around the type of content and how readers will use it, keeping typography, imagery and brand elements consistent throughout.
Create clarity through hierarchy.
Publications often contain a mix of written content, imagery, tables and supporting information. Without a clear structure, readers can struggle to find what they need.
We organize content into sections, establish a consistent page hierarchy and develop layouts that make the information easier to follow.
This is particularly important for longer publications such as annual reports, product catalogs and corporate documents, where readers may need to locate specific information rather than read everything from beginning to end.
Keep every brand touchpoint connected.
We design business stationery, sales brochures, flyers, folders, presentation materials, event collateral and other branded print applications.
Each piece is developed for its intended purpose while following the company’s established visual identity.
This keeps communication consistent across different departments, campaigns and customer interactions, whether the material is used for a sales meeting, an event or everyday business communication.
Extend the identity into physical form.
We apply brand identities to packaging, invitations, cards and other printed materials, considering how each piece will look and feel in its final form.
Depending on the project, this may involve developing packaging layouts, selecting materials or exploring printing and finishing options that support the design.
We also consider practical requirements such as dimensions, packaging information and how the artwork will be prepared for production.
Design with the final object in mind.
We consider paper, format, binding, printing techniques and finishing options during the design process, not after it.
From embossing and foil stamping to specialty paper stocks and binding methods, we help select production options that suit the design, budget and intended use.
This allows practical production requirements to be considered before the final artwork is prepared, helping avoid unnecessary adjustments when the project reaches the printer.
One system. Multiple applications.
A brochure designed for print may also need to work as a downloadable PDF, a presentation or part of a digital campaign.
We adapt layouts, typography and image formats for different uses, taking into account how people will view the content on screen.
This allows businesses to reuse their materials across channels without having to redesign everything from the beginning.

Our process covers content planning, design development and production preparation, with opportunities for clients to review and approve the work at key stages.
We begin by understanding what needs to be communicated, develop the visual direction and page structure, then refine the design before preparing the final artwork.
We begin by discussing the purpose of the material, the intended audience and how the publication will be used.
We review existing content, imagery and brand assets to understand what is available and what may still be needed.
For larger publications, this may involve reviewing product information, organizing content into sections or identifying missing images and supporting materials.
These discussions help establish the scope of the project and what needs to be prepared before design begins.
Before moving into detailed design, we explore the visual direction of the publication.
We develop moodboards and design references to discuss typography, imagery, color, layout styles and, where relevant, materials or finishing options.
Depending on the project, we may also prepare sample layouts or design concepts to demonstrate how the publication could look.
The proposed direction is presented to the client for feedback and approval before we move into detailed layout development.
With the visual direction agreed upon, we plan how the content will be organized throughout the publication.
This includes establishing the page order, grouping related information and determining where different types of content should appear.
For longer brochures and catalogs, we may develop initial page layouts or wireframes to show how the information will flow.
The proposed structure is reviewed with the client so any changes to the content order or page requirements can be addressed before full design begins.
Once the design direction and page structure are approved, we develop the layouts across the full publication.
Typography, imagery and content are adjusted to work consistently from page to page. Depending on the material, we may develop different layout styles for introductions, product sections, detailed information or supporting content.
Drafts are shared with the client for review, and feedback is incorporated before the final artwork is prepared.
After the design has been approved, we prepare the final artwork for its intended production method.
This includes checking image resolution, color settings, bleed, margins and other technical requirements.
For printed publications, we also review specifications such as page dimensions, binding and finishing requirements with the production partner where needed.
These checks help ensure the artwork is ready for printing and that the final output reflects the approved design.
Where required, we coordinate with printing and production partners to finalize the publication.
This may include confirming paper selection, binding methods, print specifications and finishing options.
For projects that require digital versions, we also prepare the appropriate files for online viewing, download or presentation use.
Once the final materials are ready, we provide the agreed deliverables in the required formats for print or digital distribution.
