Creative AI
& Production

Explore new possibilities in creative production.

At KreaSpecs, we use generative AI alongside traditional design and production methods to create visual content for brands and marketing campaigns.

From developing campaign imagery and visual concepts to producing animated sequences and adapting creative assets for different platforms, our team uses AI where it can support or extend the production process.

Based in Thailand, we combine creative direction with hands-on design and post-production to turn generated material into finished content that works within a brand’s visual identity.

The Challenge

AI can create almost anything. That doesn’t mean everything is worth creating.

Generative AI has made it easier to produce images, video and animation that would previously have required extensive production resources.

But generating an image is different from creating a finished piece of brand communication.

AI-generated content can contain visual inconsistencies, unexpected details or elements that don’t fit the intended style. Maintaining the same character, product appearance or visual treatment across multiple assets can also be difficult.

The challenge is knowing which ideas are worth developing, what can realistically be achieved and how to turn generated material into content that meets the brand’s creative requirements.

The Solution

From generated ideas to finished creative work.

We approach AI as part of the creative process, not as a replacement for it.

Depending on the project, we might use AI to explore different visual directions before a campaign shoot, develop imagery that would be difficult to produce traditionally or create additional content from an established concept.

Our designers then refine the generated material through editing, retouching, compositing and other production techniques.

This allows us to explore new approaches while maintaining control over the quality and consistency of the finished work.

Our Creative AI
Services
AI Creative Direction & Concept Development

Start with the idea, not the technology.

Before selecting AI tools or generating content, we work with clients to understand what they want to create and how the material will be used.

We develop creative concepts, moodboards, visual references and production plans that establish the direction of the project. AI can help us explore different styles and compositions during this stage, allowing clients to see possibilities before committing to a particular approach.

These concepts provide a starting point for campaign imagery, branded content and other AI-assisted creative productions.

AI Image Generation & Production

Create imagery beyond the traditional photoshoot.

We create AI-generated imagery for advertising campaigns, social media content, websites and branded presentations.

This can include developing product environments, creating visual concepts for campaigns or producing imagery that would otherwise require a complex photoshoot.

Generated images are reviewed and refined through retouching, compositing and design to achieve the required style and quality.

We also consider how individual visuals will work together, particularly when a campaign requires several images with a consistent appearance.

AI Video & Motion

Bring generated ideas into motion.

We use generative AI as part of video and motion production, creating moving content for campaigns, social media and digital platforms.

Depending on the project, AI may be used to develop individual sequences, animated backgrounds, visual effects or complete AI-generated scenes.

We combine generated footage with editing, motion graphics, sound and traditional post-production techniques to create finished videos.

AI video production can be particularly useful when exploring visual concepts that would be difficult to film or when a campaign calls for a specific visual style that isn’t easily achieved through conventional production.

AI-Assisted Creative Production

Use AI throughout the creative workflow.

AI can support creative production long before the final assets are ready.

We use AI-assisted design and production tools to explore visual references, prepare moodboards, develop storyboard ideas and test different compositions.

It can also help with adapting existing imagery, preparing variations of creative assets or exploring alternative treatments during post-production.

These applications give our creative team more ways to develop and refine ideas while continuing to use established design and production methods for the finished work.

Hybrid Production

Combine AI with traditional production.

Some creative projects benefit from combining AI-generated material with photography, live-action video, CGI or motion graphics.

For example, AI-generated environments can be combined with photographed products, or generated backgrounds can be integrated into filmed footage. Other projects may use AI imagery alongside traditional photography and graphic design.

We plan how these different elements will work together and refine them through compositing, editing and post-production.

This approach allows us to use AI selectively within a production rather than relying on it for every element.

The KreaSpecs
Approach
From creative exploration to final production.

Our process allows room for experimentation while keeping the project organized around an agreed creative direction.

We begin by understanding the brief, test different approaches and review the results with the client before moving into full production.

Throughout the project, generated material is selected and refined to meet the intended visual style, with opportunities for feedback before the final assets are delivered.

Brief & Creative Direction
01

We begin by discussing the purpose of the project, the intended audience and where the content will be used.

We review existing brand materials, creative references and any requirements that may influence the production, such as formats, timelines or visual consistency across multiple assets.

From there, we discuss how AI could contribute to the project and whether it should be used for specific elements or a larger part of the production.

These early discussions help establish a direction for the creative exploration that follows.

Visual Exploration & AI Testing
02

We test different visual approaches to understand what can realistically be achieved with the available AI tools.

This may involve generating sample images, experimenting with compositions or testing how consistently a particular style can be reproduced.

We review the results with the client, discuss which directions are worth developing and identify any technical limitations before moving forward.

Not every generated result is suitable for production, so this stage helps us understand what needs further development and what may require a different approach.

Concept Development
03

Once a direction has been selected, we develop it into a more detailed production concept.

Depending on the project, this may include refining visual references, preparing storyboards, developing compositions or establishing the appearance of recurring elements.

For projects involving several images or video sequences, we also consider how to maintain consistency between individual assets.

The proposed concept is reviewed with the client and refined before full production begins, so the main creative decisions are agreed upon in advance.

AI Production & Creation
04

With the concept approved, we begin producing the required visual assets.

This may involve generating campaign imagery, creating video sequences, developing animated elements or preparing material that will later be combined with traditional production.

We review generated content throughout the process, selecting usable results and checking for visual inconsistencies.

Where an asset doesn’t meet the requirements, we refine the approach, generate alternatives or make adjustments using other production techniques.

Design & Post-Production
05

Generated content often requires additional work before it’s ready for publication.

Our creative team refines the selected material through retouching, compositing, graphic design, editing, motion graphics and other post-production techniques.

We pay attention to details such as lighting, proportions, transitions and visual consistency, particularly when AI-generated elements need to work alongside photographed or filmed content.

Drafts are shared with the client for feedback, and revisions are incorporated before the final assets are prepared.

Adaptation & Scale
06

Once the main creative assets have been approved, we prepare them for their intended channels.

This may include creating different image dimensions, adapting layouts for social media, preparing video cutdowns or developing additional variations for digital campaigns.

When a project requires multiple assets, we use the approved visual direction as a reference to keep the content consistent.

Final files are prepared in the required formats for websites, presentations, social media and other marketing applications.
